Thank Heavens Bookkeeping is a bookkeeping, payroll, and tax-support firm serving contractors and trades businesses. We are based in Hanover, PA, and serve clients locally and nationwide.

When you submit the contact form or quote request form, or sign up for the newsletter, we collect the details you type in. This can include your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and any message or project details you share.

Form submissions are delivered to the business by email and stored by our form provider, Formspree.

This site uses advertising and analytics cookies. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. In general, the pixel collects the pages a visitor views, general device and browser information, and cookie identifiers. Meta may use this information to measure advertising and show relevant ads on its platforms.

The pixel collects the pages you view, the address of the page you are on and the page you arrived from, general device and browser information, your IP address, and cookie identifiers. It also records when a form is submitted or a newsletter signup is completed, together with a label identifying which form it was — it does not receive the name, email address or phone number you type in. Meta may combine this information with what it already knows about you from its own platforms, uses cookies to do so including its own browser cookie, and its cookie policy at facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies explains more.

The site also uses Google Analytics for website analytics and may load PostHog for analytics when it is configured.

We share information with the companies that provide services to us: Meta for advertising measurement and audiences; Mailchimp for the email newsletter; Formspree for form delivery; Google Analytics and, when configured, PostHog for website analytics; and Vercel, our website hosting provider.

Some of these companies handle your information only as our service provider, acting on our instructions. Others — Meta in particular — also use the information for their own purposes, such as measuring and targeting advertising on their own platforms, as described in their own privacy policies.

We do not sell personal information.

You can use your browser's cookie settings to block or delete cookies. Meta ad preferences can be managed in your Facebook ad settings, including Off-Facebook Activity. You can also use industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. These tools cover many, but not all, advertising companies.
